We will collect your name, country of origin, and email address. We will ask if you want to receive our e-newsletters, if you decide to then we will add you to our mailing list. You can opt out at any time. Your email address will not be used by any third parties and your email address, name and country will not be divulged to anyone else. We will only use these details to post to you about health news, new brands and Mother’s Way news. These updates will occur approximately every 2 weeks. Removing yourself from the mailing list will also be easy - just click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails.
To successfully fill any orders we require your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number to deliver the products that you order, and to contact you in regard to your order if necessary. These details are retained in our database for record keeping purposes. If you have registered as a member, you can change or delete these details at any time by logging on to your account using your email address and password, and then going to the edit my details section. When you purchase goods on our website, you will be automatically directed to a secure server site that is managed and controlled by Shopify.
Using your credit card online
We do not retain your credit card details. Credit card details are never viewed by anyone at Mother’s Way or any other third party person except you, at any time during the transaction. The information is always encrypted and passed directly to the Bank through our security provider. Any other information you provide at the checkout, such as comments or survey responses, are used to better plan future items to add and developments for the web site. We also collect general information about the site and traffic, this is general information that is collected for the purpose of maintenance and also site improvements. We do not identify individual users; instead we use this info to better understand what sorts of products our customers are interested in, and also acts as a trigger to help us understand any areas of the site that may be difficult to navigate.

You can easily un-subscribe by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of each e-newsletter. Or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take you off the mailing list.
